Thyme Honey Balsamic Lamb Chops by Terri-Anne

INGREDIENTS

1 Rack The Meat Club Lamb
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp Ladolea Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a Black Tin (Variety Megaratiki)
2 tsp Terra Creta Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp QueenB Raw Thyme Honey
Generous amount Sea salt and cracked pepper
Fresh Rosemary springs or dried Arogaia Organic Rosemary to serve

HOW TO

Cut lamb into individual chops and add to a container to marinate
Mix the Extra Virgin olive oil, crushed garlic, balsamic, thyme honey, salt and pepper together and pour over the lamb chops
Allow to marinate for 4 hours
Heat a BBQ or Grill pan and cook on either side for 2-3 minutes for medium
Serve with fresh rosemary, Extra Virgin olive oil and honey drizzle
