Thyme Honey Balsamic Lamb Chops

What you’ll need (serves 4-6 with other dishes for a BBQ) 
1 Rack The Meat Club Lamb
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp Ladolea Extra Virgin Olive Oil in a Black Tin (Variety Megaratiki)
2 tsp Terra Creta Balsamic Vinegar
1 tbsp The Family Beez Organic Thyme Honey
Generous amount Sea salt and cracked pepper
Fresh Rosemary springs or dried Arogaia Organic Rosemary to serve
How to
– Cut lamb into individual chops and add to a container to marinate
– Mix the Extra Virgin olive oil, crushed garlic, balsamic, thyme honey, salt and pepper together and pour over the lamb chops
– Allow to marinate for 4 hours
– Heat a BBQ or Grill pan and cook on either side for 2-3 minutes for medium
– Serve with fresh rosemary, Extra Virgin olive oil and honey drizzle
